Justin Heideman

In 1995, Justin received his Associates degree from Dixie College in St. George, Utah. While at Dixie, Justin competed on the National Debate and Forensics circuit. Justin placed in the top three nationally in multiple events and was the recipient of the Bowler award granted annually to the top orator at the School.

Born and raised in Southern California, Justin received a B.A. degree in History from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah and a Masters of Philosophy from the University of Dublin, Trinity College, before receiving his Juris Doctorate degree from the J. Reuben Clark School of Law at Brigham Young University.

Christian D. Austin

Christian has represented a broad range of businesses and commercial enterprises in multiple, hard-fought, complex, and demanding lawsuits, most often involving contract disputes, commercial development and real estate, and commercial torts. Many of these controversies involved claims in the millions to tens of millions in monetary damages and involved technical or specialized subject matter.


I obtained my law degree from the S.J. Quinney College of Law, as an early graduate in 2014. Shortly after graduating I was admitted to the practice of Law in early 2015. I have ample courtroom experience and have represented clients in a wide range of criminal and civil matters.

Donald Reay

Born and raised in Provo, I received my Juris Doctor from the S.J. Quinney School of Law in 2007. I spent my first ten years practicing in Salt Lake County before returning to my home town. My areas of focus include business law, real estate law, general litigation, bankruptcy, family law, adoption, probate, and estate planning.
